FREE LAND FOR PDX PROJECTS!!!

Second Life has become an enormous world, making it virtually (pardon the pun) impossible for people to connect with others who live in their local area... or who are trying to use SL to promote their own local neighborhoods or services.

For this reason, the NW 21st Avenue Project is now hosting an extensive free-lands area for projects related to the Portland, Oregon region on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can set up a shop to advertise your real life (RL) products or place of employment, promote your RL services, build a replica of a RL PDX location, provide a booth with a teleporter to your own SL-PDX related property, or even set up housekeeping in your own cabin and just hang out.

This way, anyone who comes to SL will have a central place to at least start their search for Portland-oriented projects. Those from other cities and other parts of the world will also be able to get a better feel for the very diverse, unique flavor of Portland's real life people, events, services, and culture through the Second Life experience.

BASIC GUIDELINES FOR QUALIFYING FOR FREE PDX LAND

* Understand that the land is yours to use free of charge, although actual ownership will be retained by the NW 21st Avenue Project and Ty Magpie.

* Plots can be sized from small stalls all the way up to 4,096 square meters, according to your project's requirements.

For guidelines and detailed information on how to qualify, visit Haetae (128,128) in-world and click one of the "Free Land Information" boxes found in the new RL/SL PDX plazas below the main NW 21st Avenue site (i.e., behind the intersection of NW 21st and Hoyt Street).

Smiles,

Ty Magpie, Founder
NW 21st Avenue Project
